The Migration Experts Trusted by Intuit.

When your finance stack spans entities, locations and currencies, a migration is not a file transfer. SaaS Direct moves US organizations off NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics onto QuickBooks and Intuit Enterprise Suite, with every transaction reconciled and every entity accounted for.

Las Vegas headquartered. 15,000+ migrations completed across North America.

Why Intuit trusts SaaS Direct with the data

Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks, produced this film about how SaaS Direct delivers migrations. Two minutes, and it explains the job better than a page of copy.

This video was produced by Intuit to highlight SaaS Direct’s expertise in data migration.

What we move

Every system we migrate, and what survives the move

General ledger, sub-ledgers, inventory, multi-currency balances and full transactional history. Not a fresh start with opening balances.

NetSuite

Groups leaving NetSuite for QuickBooks Enterprise or Online Advanced. Entities, currencies and historical FX rebuilt and proven against your last close.

NetSuite migrations

Sage Intacct

Dimensions mapped to QuickBooks classes and locations, statistical accounts handled, and the reports your board reads rebuilt before cutover.

Sage Intacct migrations

Sage 300 and Sage 100

Sage 300, formerly Accpac, and Sage 100 multi-company structures reconciled and rebuilt with inter-company balances intact.

Sage 300 migrations

Microsoft Dynamics

Great Plains, NAV and AX. End-of-life deadlines are real, and the finance core belongs somewhere it will still be supported.

Dynamics migrations

Sage 50 and Peachtree

The most common move we run. Item costs, quantities and month-end reports rebuilt so nothing resets to zero.

Sage 50 migrations

QuickBooks to QuickBooks

Desktop, Pro and Premier onto QuickBooks Online ahead of Intuit end-of-life, or Online back to Enterprise where volume demands it.

All migrations

Intuit Enterprise Suite

The Intuit answer to mid-market ERP

Multi-entity consolidation, dimensional reporting and a real close calendar, without the cost and implementation weight of NetSuite or Sage Intacct. SaaS Direct implements it and migrates the history into it.

Priced on entities, users and modules. Quoted after an assessment, never from a cart.

How it runs

Four stages, and you know the number before stage two

1. Assessment

We inventory what you actually have: entities, currencies, sub-ledgers, custom reports, and the history worth keeping. You get a fixed scope and a fixed number.

2. Mapping

Chart of accounts, dimensions, tax codes and item costing are mapped and agreed in writing. Anything out of scope is named up front, not discovered later.

3. Build and reconcile

We rebuild in the destination and reconcile to your last close. You sign off against your own trial balance, not against our word.

4. Cutover

A named go-live date, a parallel period if you want one, and support through your first close on the new system.

Refer the migration, keep the client

Four ways to work with us, depending on how much of the delivery you want to own. We do not cross-sell your clients.

Referral

Send us the data work, we hand the file back clean, the relationship stays yours.

Co-delivery

Your firm fronts the engagement, we run the migration underneath it.

MSP and IT partners

For the technology partner who owns the client stack but not the accounting data.

Before you book

The questions we get asked first

Does our full history move, or just balances?

Full transactional history. Opening balances only is a different, cheaper job, and we will say so if that is genuinely all you need.

How is the number fixed before the work starts?

The assessment produces the scope. Once the scope is agreed the price does not move, and anything outside it is named in writing before you sign.

Which QuickBooks or Intuit product do we land on?

That is an output of the assessment, not an assumption. Volume, entity count, inventory and reporting decide between QuickBooks Online Advanced, Enterprise and Intuit Enterprise Suite.

How long does a migration take?

Most single-entity moves run three to six weeks from assessment to go-live. Multi-entity groups with heavy inventory run longer, and the assessment gives you the date.

Can we keep working while the migration runs?

Yes. You stay on the current system until cutover, and we reconcile to a close you have already signed off.
