Software we work in

Yours. Your team starts fluent because we implemented these platforms before we staffed them.

QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Enterprise Intuit Enterprise Suite NetSuite Sage Intacct Sage 100 & 300 Microsoft Dynamics Xero Karbon Canopy Financial Cents Dext Bill Expensify

We have executed more than 15,000 migrations across these platforms. Your team starts fluent because implementing them is our other business.

How the engagement works

From first call to productive team in about four weeks.

01

Scoping call

Day 0 · 30 min

We map the roles, volumes, software and review model. You leave with a written recommendation, whether or not you proceed.

02

Team match

Days 1–7

Shortlisted profiles with credentials and relevant experience. You interview. You choose. Nobody is assigned without your approval.

03

Security & access

Days 7–10

MSA and individual NDAs executed, background verification confirmed, access provisioned through your controls with MFA and least privilege.

04

Ramp

Days 10–30

Ramp is built around your close calendar. Your seat shadows one full close cycle, runs the next under review, and owns the third. We document your close checklist as we go, so the process survives any individual leaving.

05

Steady state

Day 30 onward

Weekly check-in, monthly performance review, quarterly capacity planning. Scale up for busy season, scale back after. Thirty days’ notice, either direction.

Your client data never leaves your environment

Work happens inside your systems through a hardened virtual desktop or your VPN. No local downloads, no data at rest offshore, no shadow copies. Every team member is background-verified and signs an individual confidentiality agreement. Access is least-privilege and MFA-enforced.

Questions about bookkeeping & accounting

Is this a dedicated person or a shared pool?
Dedicated. You get a named professional who works only on your firm’s clients, learns your conventions, and joins your team meetings. Shared pools are cheaper and produce work that always needs re-checking, which is why we do not offer them.
Can they handle clients on different software?
Yes. A single seat routinely works across QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage Intacct, NetSuite and Xero within one firm’s client base. Platform switching is not the constraint it is at most offshoring firms, because we implement these systems.
What about messy books we inherited?
That is a Cleanup Seat, and it is a different skill from ongoing bookkeeping. Historical reconciliation, opening balance repair and catch-up work is usually best run as a fixed-scope project first, then transitioned to a standard seat once the books are current.
How do you handle the review layer?
Three options. You review everything, which most firms start with. Or you add a Reviewer Seat so first-level QC happens offshore and only exceptions reach you. Or you run a Pod, where the embedded team lead reviews before anything comes to your side.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, entirely. Your offshore team does not contact your clients unless you explicitly set that up. Under our white-label delivery model, nothing your client sees carries anything other than your firm’s name.
