What we need to scope your migration
A full backup
The complete company file or database backup, not a partial export. Partial exports hide exactly the problems an assessment needs to find.
Trial balance and agings
A recent trial balance plus aged receivables and payables, so we reconcile against your numbers rather than our own interpretation.
Your month-end pack
The custom reports finance actually runs. Anything in that pack gets rebuilt in the destination and signed off before cutover.
Is this secure?
Yes. The transfer is encrypted in transit and at rest, the upload link is scoped to SaaS Direct only, and access is restricted to the migration team assigned to your project. We do not store client accounting files longer than the engagement requires.
