Implementation & Migration
The migration playbook Intuit trusted, now for your business.
Between half and three quarters of ERP migrations miss their timeline, their budget, or their scope. Ours do not, because we are not writing the plan for the first time on your project.
Fixed-fee. Named go-live date. Assessment fee credited to implementation.
The problem
Most ERP migrations fail in the first 90 days. Yours does not have to.
They fail for the same reasons every time: scope discovered late, history that will not reconcile, integrations nobody mapped, and a finance team trained the week before go-live. Every one of those is a planning failure, not a software failure.
Source systems
Every major source system, with a proven playbook for each
Timelines below are typical, not best case. We commit to a date at quote stage.
| Migrating from | Typical timeline | What makes it tricky |
|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online | 30–45 days | Class and location data has to be remapped to true dimensions. |
| QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise | 45–60 days | Inventory valuation methods and custom fields rarely map one to one. |
| NetSuite | 60–90 days | Saved searches and custom records need rebuilding, not exporting. |
| Sage Intacct | 45–75 days | Dimensional history and consolidation structures must be preserved. |
| Acumatica | 60–90 days | Customization depth means scope discovery takes longer up front. |
Methodology
Five phases, refined across hundreds of migrations
Discovery & Fit Assessment
Week 1. Entities, close process, reporting requirements, integrations. Scope is fixed here, not discovered in week six.
Design
Weeks 2–3. Chart of accounts, dimensional model, and approval workflows designed and signed off before anything is built.
Build & Migration
Weeks 4–7. Configuration and data migration run in parallel with your live system. No downtime.
Test & Train
Week 8. Parallel close, reconciliation to the penny, and your team trained on your data before cutover.
Go-Live & Hypercare
Week 9 onward. Daily support through your first close on the new platform.

Pricing
Fixed-fee. No surprises.
We quote a number and a date at the end of the fit assessment, and we hold both. Hourly implementation billing transfers your scope risk onto you, which is precisely why so many of these projects run over.
Your migration is too important to learn on.
Ask any implementation partner how many of your specific source-system migrations they have completed. Then ask us.

We scope the migration, name a date, and quote a fixed fee. If the timeline you need is not realistic, we will tell you that too.
