Frequently asked questions
How much does the NetSuite migration tool cost?
The automated NetSuite opening-balances tool starts at $4,000 USD. An optional extraction package is +$1,000. It is for single-entity NetSuite companies today and supports multi-currency. Full transactional history uses the full-migration path instead (~20 days, typically $10,000–$25,000).
Is the migration price fixed?
Yes, after assessment. Once scope is agreed, the price does not move; anything outside scope is named in writing before you sign.
Do these prices include QuickBooks or Intuit Enterprise Suite licenses?
No. This page is migration project pricing. Licenses and hosting are separate; see Shop.
Why do Sage Intacct projects start at $5,000 while other full-history work is often $10,000–$25,000?
Sage Intacct exits are scoped on their own band: single entity from $5,000, multi-entity $7,000–$20,000. Most other full-history migrations fall between $10,000 and $25,000. Your assessment picks the right band. See Sage Intacct migrations.
