Intuit Enterprise Suite
Move to Intuit Enterprise Suite with the people Intuit hired to do it.
Your ERP decision is a five-year bet. Most VARs treat it like a license sale. We migrated for Intuit before we migrated with them, and we price it accordingly.
90 minutes. Custom quote inside 48 hours. Assessment fee credited to implementation.
Why us
Four reasons mid-market CFOs choose SaaS Direct for IES
We migrated for Intuit
Not just with Intuit. We built the playbooks Intuit’s own teams used, then brought them to the mid-market.
Big 4 accounting expertise
Not just software setup. Our team is trained to Big Four standards, so the chart of accounts survives an audit.
VAR pricing the public can’t see
Partner-tier pricing on licenses, bundled with implementation rather than quoted separately.
Live in under 60 days
Not six months. Fixed phases, fixed fee, and a go-live date we commit to in writing.
The platform
What you get with Intuit Enterprise Suite
Multi-Entity Management
Up to 200 entities with intercompany eliminations and a consolidated close.
Multi-Dimensional Reporting
Twenty custom dimensions. Slice by location, project, department, or anything you define.
Four Built-In AI Agents
Automation for reconciliation, categorization, and anomaly detection, native to the platform.
Payroll, HR, Time & Benefits
Integrated rather than bolted on, so headcount data flows into the close without a connector.
Industry-Ready
Purpose-built depth for construction and professional services out of the box.
850+ Integrations
Your existing stack connects. We map and test every integration before go-live.

Pricing
What Intuit Enterprise Suite costs
IES is quote-based. Pricing depends on entity count, user count, and which modules you turn on. We apply partner pricing that is not published publicly, and we quote licenses and implementation together so you can see the whole number.
There is no cart button on this page on purpose.
Anyone quoting IES off a price list is guessing at your entity structure. Ninety minutes gets you a real number.
FAQ
Questions we get every week
Is Intuit Enterprise Suite just a bigger QuickBooks?
No. It is a separate multi-entity platform with dimensional reporting, consolidation, and integrated payroll. QuickBooks Enterprise is a single-entity desktop product.
How long does a migration actually take?
Under 60 days for most mid-market configurations. QuickBooks Online to IES runs 30–45 days. NetSuite to IES runs 60–90.
What happens to our transaction history?
It comes with you. We migrate full history and reconcile to the penny before you sign off.
Can we run IES alongside our current system?
Yes. Migration runs in parallel. You cut over on a date you choose, not on ours.
What if IES is not the right fit?
We tell you during the assessment. We also migrate to Sage Intacct and NetSuite, so we have no reason to force it.
Do you handle the integrations?
Yes. We map, build, and test every connection in your stack before go-live, not after.
Fit Assessment
Book a 90-minute fit assessment
We map your entities, your close, and your reporting requirements against what IES actually does. If it is not the right fit, we will say so.
