Every engagement below is a finance team that had to keep closing the books while their accounting system changed underneath them. These are the projects, the constraints, and what actually happened.

The Pattern

What every one of these had in common.

The deadline was fixed

A renewal date, a year end, a lockout, or a server going away. None of these clients had the option to let the project slip a quarter.

The source data was imperfect

Corruption, disabled access, multi-entity structures that never reconciled cleanly. Discovery found it before cutover, not after.

Operations never paused

Invoices went out, payroll ran, and the books closed on schedule while the migration ran in parallel.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only move opening balances?

No. Full transactional history is the default for most migrations (~20 days, $10,000–$25,000). For NetSuite we also offer an automated opening-balances tool (~1 day, from $4,000) at /netsuite-to-quickbooks-migration-tool/.

Are these proofs for QuickBooks Online Advanced or Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The seven newest stories (MDHI, Classical Academy, Treatment Advocacy Center, Becoming Independent, Paint One, BLP, Summit Memorials) are QuickBooks Online Advanced destinations. Pivot Advantage is NetSuite to QuickBooks Enterprise. IES and full-history NetSuite proofs live on the service landers and /netsuite-migrations/.
